There's no keys, if bought on Steam. The DLC is just added to your account.
Could be leftover registry entries being the root cause, but its just a guess. CCLeaner can take care of that easily.
You wont get a refund for a 9 month old purchase.
Shows up almost exactly like yours, one extra DLC (I purchased a later package). They are all marked with a check under Install. Only the digital content has a size number next to it, everything else is empty. Thank you for trying, you did remind me to look at that interface.
FYI, in case you ever have a problem with a company or contractor, there is a process, takes a little time and effort but the system does work.
A certified letter is about $25, do that, shows negligence on the side that does not communicate.
A small claims court request is around $75 depending upon where you live, assuming the US. Other countries will have other processes. Most large companies and negligent contractors will not show up resulting in a default judgement. More certified letters will have to follow and a follow up with the court to prove non-payment. Then the court will submit an order. Probably 6 months if you keep on top of it but the process does work.
Edit: Meant to say I think you're right, try a fresh install after clearing things out. I have a bit of experience with MS, removing things from directories and the registry is not too difficult. Then see if it call comes back.
He mentioned registry entries; PCGamingWiki mentions %LOCALAPPDATA%\MW5Mercs\. I'd certainly try uninstalling and deleting that directory. The store page doesn't mention Steam Cloud so I'll assume that'd be enough indeed -- but careful at the same time to first backup savegames in there so as to later restore if so desired.
As to registry, maybe; you'd need to dig if the above doesn't yet work but I'd feel it likely it does.
