Game devs/pubs must allow you to play their games through Steam on GeForceNOW. If they, don't, that's up to them.
If you want to play their game on that service using your purchase game from Steam, ask them to allow it.

GFN you're not guaranteed those games will be there forever. That's why you have to careful what you buy, and how many games you have there. I have tops 6 games.
If you want a sub service, you use a sub service. You only have access while you pay unless they allow to the contrary.
Prebuilts are incredibly affordable these days, depending on the game(s) you want to play.
220€$ year is more affordable TYVM
Even less if you have to sub and unsub cuz the lack of the games
If you want GFN only, then use GFN only. NVIDIA also have their own forums, which you're free to use.
Nvidia already has a GeForce NOW forum.
