Discussion : how to get steam support and moderation on your side.
So the issue is how do we as users convey to steam that we only want better and are not against them but are here to offer help and assistance to create a better experience for customers.

In recent days I was ironically lashed out against by steam ,because I lashed out at steam. Steam needs to know most of us are human and we don't like being warned over silly things or banned because someone within steam has a problem with what we say or can't understand its context.

So the discussion is how can we as customers hope for steams Improvements when steam refuses to trust its customers or even accept the things said.

I read your post.

You have to understand that, inheritly Steam Support is designed to psychologically not treat us as people. The protocols may say otherwise, but each support member gets 1000s of people constantly whining about problems essentially.

This disables each support member from emotionally and perhaps even congnitively realizing that they're talking to a human with a unique experience and unique emotions. To them, we are all the same.
You whine, you instantly get belittled in their minds to be just another bothersome nuisance. That's what happens when you have 1 central point where all the 20.000 people with problems flock to. They quite lliterally "cannot handle it". Their human aspects are traumatized and exhausted.

It is because of that impossible. They only see text, they deal with text. They're like robots. They don't treat you human beyond protocols, and you can see that in the fact they don't realize how severe a ban is.
Even if they unban you, they don't restore your post unless you contact them a second time.
Minimum effort and minimum care, that is steam support.

Why, because of the psychological damage that the job has on their minds + the protocols.

For support to be able to treat us humane, the entire system needs to change. It is fundamentally wrong currently and this extends to the way the Steam Community is designed.

Simply using an FAQ to reduce Steam Support to exposure of Steam Support tickets doesn't work.

If your unemployed or retired that makes sense no shame, what else should you do but spend all day commenting on steam topics, just trying to find a real reason why the identical accounts always show up on everything I post
Guess by your own logic you must also be unemployed or work for steam

I'm currently working and posting. What of it?

:nkCool:
I'm independently wealthy having made my fortune providing secret moderation services to companies all over the world. I might even be moderating you as we speak...

Odd comment about spending all day when you have created numerous threads and posts across your post histories.

As for accounts showing up.

Discussion forum and you yourself are a regular/s.
Why else would I recognize the system, know how it works, know that users are far and few. I see you all so often I figured it's a good chance to learn more about you.

I already do know so much about each of you from your profiles and post histories, in fact you all taught me how to identify conspicuous content. By now I would think you would all understand me better.

I am sure you all love me and push me to develope more topics on then issues I see. Thank you!

I have nothing but love fore the steam community, I know that being noticed on steam has its mixed share of highs and lows. I genuinely just want your admiration and I do my best to bring these hard topics to light
“Valve lashed out!”

…. No, they didn’t.

You know zero from my profile. It is private.

Again why are you excluding your own post histories?

We all understand intent:

i make it a personal goal to get banned almost every day, so i can just load up another free throw away steam account and upset the same 20 people so they have a mental meltdown and cry to steam support.

Your history of spamming, bypassing bans, and abusing the Steam Rules & Guidelines is well documented. We won't be removing any bans associated with that behavior.

It's good advice but when steam lashes out , users lash back, ultimately steam needs to learn that it should listen, acting out against people says that steam doesn't care about its customers, which is bad business

You, by your own admission, are not a customer. You dont buy anything.
i find if i send really erotic porno links asking is this to hot for steam
as well as asking for a look at my ban they seem pleasant.... doesnt guarantee a unban..
Your confusing accounts again, I've noticed you do that often, and I have a pretty good memory of noting most of your accounts before you made them private to hide the 1000s of games on it that discredit it as real steam customers. I do understand honestly, I'm not here to judge you, I am judging the system, regardless of how you feel about it owning 1000s of steam games is not normal, and honestly it's not healthy there is no reason to argue over it, excess of everything is bad for your health

Odd comment about accounts while having several yourself. I personally only have one account and have only ever had one account.

Your not here judge?

And yet (again) you mention 1000's of games, talk about discrediting others while again forgetting your PUBLIC post histories.

Yes it's well known that many of the frequent steam forum accounts turned profiles to private after it was suggested the accounts don't align with real users, there is really no other explanation is there?

I get it normally you all liked to gloat and show off your high steam levels but due to it exposing the account they have been hidden and turned private, not to mention all the games and all the other great little things on your profiles.

Oh and let's not forget the comments that link a majority of users together and exposes them as individuals in the same group or friends of one another.

Yes , yes I'm well aware of why profiles are being hidden

Mine has always been friends only and not for any of the reasons described in your post.

I've also mentioned why it's friends only before.

Ironic coming from someone who has their profile hidden on all their accounts.

Your astated intention and the title of this thread are at iodds with each other.
But if you want tio show that you're here to help. Then the first thing you can do is .. follow the rules and stop playing moderation matadour.

Just. behave.. Filing that. Just don't post on the public forums.
