besides all the 1st grade grammar mistakes
here are some facts
1)You can still make badges even if the cards expire if you have the full set (check steam rules if you dont believe me)
2)Most of the cards arent sold on market due to tax the high tax so its cheaper to just bulk buy them from a trusted seller instead of buying them on market
3) He couldve bought alot of cards from different people, not all of them from one person

Did you know that you got cards for X (insert currency of choice) you spent during the sale?
And that more cards where available weeks before today?
Do you know that timezones exist?
So if it is today in Steamland, it could have been today hours prior to Steamland at some other place.
I don't think that card expiration is staggered by timezones (also, what would happen with trades crossing a timezone?).
However, the threadstarter is wrong about the expiration itself: you cannot buy/sell/trade cards anymore, but you can still turn them into badges even after the date
