Turn resolution down as low as it will allow, turn off any graphics features. No sure how it could even hit 30 fps for elden ring.
Unless you can upgrade to at least a modest level of PC performance, don't expect much. That rig isn't built for gaming.
Adding to what @RawWwRrr posted - what disk do you have? SSD or HDD?
Maybe the first two dark souls games, on low.

And "can run" is different from "can run well". What's holding you back more than anything is not having a dedicated GPU. The UHD 610 can only do so much. When you encounter a game like Elden Ring, you really need something more capable.
