Steam client pages not loading properly

Hello, I am using Steam client on my PC. The store page for game, discussion section, my profile and even the main page barely loads up for me. It is showing only texts and unloaded photos almost as if I had a very slow internet connection. My connection is not bad, the browser and online games are working fine, only Steam pages are not loading for me.

Is this happening with anyone else or could anyone help me fix this? Maybe reset Steam client cache or something?

Aye clearing the steam cache from the setting menu can be a good start or you can delete the htlmcache folder while steam is not running

I have to delete the entire htmlcache folder or the content inside this folder? Thanks for your reply. Also how to delete it from settings menu?

I will delete the folder and try again. I wanted to ask bos exactly to clear cache using steam? I don't see this feature in steam client, do you have steps to find it?

I tried deleting cache, but then it got even worse. It wasn't even showing any text after I deleted it, went all blank.

But I found something, when I restart router, Steam begins to work fine for a while, then again bugs out after a while, text disappearing, photos too, pages loading extremely slow and download speed going under 50kbps.

Do not worry, cache will be rebuild with time xd
So it has to do with your router it seems and not steam
