(two for one) It's time for Steam to fix their COMPLETELY BROKEN SEARCH ENGINE

I really thought the relatively recent client changes would bring a better search functionality, as well as a fix for a long time issue me and my friends often heppen to have. Turns out it's completely useless to bring any relevant answer for a search like

"family list not loading"

which itself is the other problem I'm frustrated with. It's more than 24h since I started trying to get access to our family members list so I could update it to reflect our recent needs. This is pretty basic stuff failing spectacularly for a feature deserving such a bold highlight in recent updates.

C'mon, Valve. This is our last chance before we start hoping for Family Sharing 3.0...

I don't want to sound harsh by any means but... it's something I refuse to accept as natural for such a big company whose business rely on
