DMZ locked saying no DLC

I logged into my CoD HQ last night and found my DMZ locked and saying I do not have the DLC for the game, I left it until tonight as I think Stream work on servers on Tuesday evenings I've been told but anyone else encountered this problem as I was only playing it the other night fine.
Also where do I send mail for help ass I've put a lot into this game.
