If you wanted to make a difference, you'd be tackling an issue that actually makes an impact. Not throwing insults on Steam.
126 games in 15 yeas? Whoa. Stand back, everybody. Here's a a fact. There is ZERO reason for this to even be an issue.
No one?

Not your game, not your money that put it on the store, not your problem.
You're trying so hard for your opinion to matter and I hate to tell you this but, it doesn't.
You know how many games there are on Steam?
101, 035 as of May 2024 and I gaurantee you that there's enough Steam users (125 million active accounts) to hate every single game. So, by your logic, they should all be pulled? No.
You worry about what you consider a viable game and let everyone else do the same.
Every game and DLC has a little flag on its' store page. Guess what it's for?
That's how you report games....not by making threads.
But yeah at least you should target the money farming games. Not really this; banana. It does NOT make people loose some IQ points.... So its fine.
In genral, it makes some sense to start banning those "Miss neko 1, 2, 3, games." I believe it makes people think Steam is a weird place.
Its not. Its known as the ULTIMATE gaming place, but the major downside is that it has really weird games with a weird community in them.
And yet again, banana does not do that. Let it be.
In conclusion, Banana is fine, but not the money farms.
(If you go to discussions, more forums, you will see what I mean, and you should know what is the odd one.)
Dont ban Banana! 👍
#DBB!
You not liking a game does not mean it is harmful. dangerous, causes pollution, radiation, eczema, or any other crazy thing that you try to attach to it.
You wanna know a bad game? E.T. It was so bad that they buried it, as in, in the damn ground.
Get some perspective.
Banned games? Guess what? If it's on your account, you can still access it. Did you know that?
I mean like, I really hope they get out of that. Best of luck and I mean no offense.
More moral crusading against "adult"/porn games? No, Steam doesn't need to ban them. They aren't even visible by default, you have to go out of your way to enable them on your store.
Most people probably made an autoclicker macro on their mouse1 just for the game to get that banana item
And this was probably popular for a few weeks just because people dictated the value of the banana to be easy money
I don't see anyone legitimately buying a copy of banana anymore, though. It was a meme game.
I'd buy actual bananas, since I need food
Anyone who gets their game approved by valve and gives them the money to put it on steam gets approved
There's "chair f***ing simulator". Not even kidding.
I've went through maybe 10k games on my discovery queue, just to see what's out there
A lot more stuff worse than Banana
It's basically just pretending to care. Nothing different than the people who suggest pointless things regarding security, cause they "want to do something".
People who really care will take actual action, not pick fights on forums.
No, you havent. You assume something about a game you never even opened.
This is NOT an Idle game, you do NOT have to keep it running 24/7 to get Bananas.
You open the game, click once or twice, then close it.
Repeat after 7 hours for a "normal" drop and repeat after 14 hours for a "rare" drop.
Your "argument" is not an argument at all.
So yes, the earlier argument about people playing CS2 in comparison, or any other game really, absolutely makes sense.
