Notifications say I have a new trade offer, but I don't see any trade offers in trades section.

This notification appeared after some trade offer between me and some other guy got declined by me and this notification never disappeared since. How do I get rid of this? It's truly disturbing to see this new trade offer notification despite of clearly knowing I don't have any.
