It isn't an "amatur-ish" service as much as an amatur-ish network connection you have. Fix your connection issue, mine doesn't disconnect meaning it is working for me and not for you, but does work.

The way I can explain it is it works for other people, it is not working for you, hence something on your end is causing this. Fix it.
