You'd think Lost Ark developer would remove a game ban, after cheating your achievements?
Anything is possible, but not everything is plausible.
It won't hurt to ask the developers, but I would bet lots of people inquire about getting bans lifted, and I would expect it doesn't often occur.
I am sure people would want to know if a cheater is in their midst.
Assuming your account was compromised (not hacked), that would indicate the ban was rightfully placed.
