Again, for the record, I'm not giving my opinion on it. Just stating a fact about the character, because the OP said that it's "not a kid."

It's kind of an off topic debate though because I doubt the moderators are actually googling the character in someone's avatar to decide whether or not to remove it. And for the record, I actually don't think it's any worse than what you can find on the points shop or in the freely available game avatars, if we set aside the character's age especially because you can just make an anime character literally any age and people will take it at face value.

As I said in my other post, I really doubt the moderators are first going through the effort of reverse image searching the avatar, finding out who the fictional character is, and then confirming the age of said fictional character before deciding whether to remove the avatar.

Considering how many reports that moderators likely have to go through every single day, I would even go as far as saying it's probably almost impossible to dedicate that amount of time researching an avatar.
