Valve won't be wasting their support capacity for that.
Obviously they're not going to give a refund for a game you spent 19 HOURS playing
After that debacle you then spent 5 HOURS playing Sea of Thieves
And you yet, AGAIN are whining that you are not eligible for a refund after 5 HOURS in Sea of Thieves. You spent 5 HOURS trying to register an xbox account? 5 HOURS. What were you doing typing in your Microsoft account one character at a time with your tongue? Were you trying to get your cat to input the password? 5 HOURS.
I can’t get Microsoft to do anything and we PAY for support via a corporate account. The only time I ever got decent support was back when I was working for a Fortune 5 company. Even Fortune 100 companies got terrible support for MS. We would wade through Tier 1-2 support monkeys for days before anyone semi competent even deigned to get on an email chain
It’s also hilarious they’re somehow saying MS provides remote support then somehow forgets to mention they still can’t log into their Microsoft account to play Sea of Theives
Their support capacity is ctrl C and ctrl V
