It is per drive though, so if you have more than one you'll have to do the math yourself.
My bad, I meant the ability to check the size of ALL the games I own, installed or not
(Or you could install one game at a time, get its installed size, uninstall it and then install the next game)
My guess though is you want to figure out how big of a drive to get... so you're stuck in a loop.
The only way to approximate the total size is to visit the Steam Store page and get each game's size(though some are way out of date due to updates but not to the store page).
