"Ban was correctly applied" - Then steam Support ignores me?

Okay, I know how it sounds if I just say "I was banned for NO REASON" , and you'll assume I was cussing someone out or trolling.

But please, hear me out, because that is not the case here.

I recently caught a week long ban on "once human" forums for questioning their monetization plans.
I was not being rude, I was not harassing anyone, I was not being abusive.

I'm guilty of being a snarky smart-ass a lot of the time, sure, but I'll readily admit it when I'm in the wrong and I'm not afraid of saying I'm sorry.

I don't FEEL like I am in this case?? Maybe I'm missing something?

The post in question as follows:

It's weird to me how you ALL seem to just flat out ignore the wish-machine using the premium currency to buy literal weapon blueprints.
The same premium currency you can buy cosmetics for.

You're either willfully ignorant, or you just hate seeing contrarian takes even if they're legitimate.

The pity system will NOT let you get "the good stuff" btw.
It doesnt give you nearly enough.
And that's by design.

It follows the tried and true mobile-game way of slowing your grind to a crawl so you'll want to supplement your starchrome by buying some.

Not saying you guys need to be negative or anything, I like the game too.
But you'll 100% change your tone once you start participating in PvP events and the like, and you start getting absolutely creamed by people with full legendary gear.

Devs have been saying they'll "only sell cosmetics" for months, and that wish-machine is still pumping out items stronger than what you get from playing.

Just my 2 cents on that.

Oh and PvE'ers opinion on this doesnt count, you're not the target audience.
PvE'ers will play through the story with some friends on a carebear server, maybe buy some cosmetics and never touch the game again.
Game can't live off you guys buying a "tacticool" outfit for 20 bucks.

To the PvP'ers, I'll see you back here when you start crying about unfair advantages.

Where's the violation here?
Ignoring my admittedly condescending tone (wich is not a bannable offense mind you) There's nothing in the Community Guidelines on that?

I contacted support as instructed and recieved one of their template responses about "we looked it over and the ban was applied correctly"

It then told me to read the guidelines. (I have, several times.)

Left that ticket open and asked them to elaborate what I actually violated in their guidelines and it's been crickets for a little over 24 hours.

They'll literally let ragebaiters and jester-farmers sit unbanned and untouched, but they'll uphold a ban on falsely flagged "harassment" for my stupid post?

I dont care about the forum ban anymore, now I just want to pester support for being.. I dont even know what the hell they're doing anymore.
