EA App & Steam games (FIFA 24) not launching

I have bought FIFA 24 on steam, and was working one time. Second time running it does not work anymore. I also have FIFA 23 and had it was working, until Fifa 24 wasn't working and now Fifa 23 is also not working atm.

What is happening; when I try to launch the game it says it is running, but after a few seconds it stops and jumps back to "play" on steam. No error or window appears.
When I try to run it in the EA app it is the same.

I have done the most troubleshooting I have found online:
Run all *.exe (anticheat, fc24.exe, ea app.exe, etc.) as admin via properties and compatibility options.
I reinstalled and updated the EA app.
I updated/removed/installed/updated the anticheat app from EA
I checked file integrity on steam.
I disabled all the windows firewalls.
Windows and graphic drivers have been updated (including the windows optional updates).

Used the EA App recovery in the windows start menu. FIFA 24 worked, 1 time. Then running the game again; it doesn't launch. Running the EA app recovery to fix it again; it doesn't fix it anymore.

I contacted EA support who are not aware of this issue (I am not alone surely) and cannot offer other suggestions other then I tried.

So I tried some of my own testing.

The PC runs on Windows 11.

FIFA 24 and FIFA 23 both bought on steam have the same issue.
Star Wars squadron bought on Epic is working; I can launch the game from the EA app.

So this seems to have something to do with the connection (or lack off) between Steam and EA. I have not tried to setup the link between steam and EA, yet becuase I am afraid to break this.
Also before I relink this are there other troubleshooting I can perform to remove any blocking issues to have this working properly?

To remind you, the first time after purchasing the game it was working. 1 time. After that it stopped working.

Anybody have other ideas? I would like to know if there is some error log as I cannot find anything thus far (don't assume I know everything, because I don't). I know my way around computers, so I understand how to test. But not a full windows pro.

Please note the issue I have. I see a lot of people responding like they have the same issue, but when they report an error message: That is a different issue.

Do you have Steam Family View enabled? Steam -> Settings -> Family.

What do you mean? Your answer doesn't seem to relate to my issue.

But to explain: The game is visible in the list and can be started. The launch is somehow aborted and i can't find the reason for it.

If you have Family View set up, just try disabling it (but assumedly you haven't since you seem unsure of what it even is)

Jeez... indeed! It was family view!! I was so sceptical this was the issue!! But indeed it was. I disabled Family View and it is working.
