EA Titles on Steam.
What's up, Fellow kids!

I have come to ask about EA titles purchased through steam. I am aware that you still need an EA account to play them. However i am wondering if it launches the EA app every time you try to play it like ubisoft titles do? Or does it just have a background service or something for authentication like some other games do.

Thanks you, Fellow kid.

The specific title in question was Immortals of Aveum. I ended up biting the bullet and was delighted to see no EA app intergration. It asked for a user confirmation on initial launch and that was it. I wish they were all like this. XD
