you could probably go 3 years without a deep clean depending on
dust levels where you are....
It depends a lot more on the case you are using.
If the case has no dust filters at the intakes you should at least check once a year.
With ones you may have no issues for way longer.
I look if there is dust on the cooler metal, if not its fine.
Also if you have the right case there does not get dust inside in the first place. And you just vacuum the air entry filters.
Grafic cards you get such that have big fans and they blow on metal you can see. NEVER get a grafic card that has a case and a fan blowing inside it.
Side blower fans for cpu, no dust gets blown on the board.

being aware of your computers temperature as well will help...
my last computer had a filter on the bottom i didnt know about...
my computer temps dropped after it was cleaned....
that was a carpet of 5 years of dust collection...
never did this.. never will... upgraded and built my own for close to 26 yrs. Even back in 1998-2000 never would trust anyone else to touch my pc... Don't worry so much about dust. And deep cleaning sound like a waste of cash..imho
