Steam Start up
Steam use to start up NOT in BIG PICTURE MODE on a windows 11 system. now it only opens in to the tool tray and will not display, unless i select BIG PICTURE MODE. i have the -silent cmd in place and I've deleted all files except the steam.exe and the common apps folder for my games. this is very strange for me since it was working correctly a week ago. nothing seams to be working for me on the fixes I've done. Any help would be appreciated.
