Can use visa gift card without a market hold
When you use any gift card. I will use visa as an example you get put on a 3 day market hold and you cant do anything about it without having funds on the gift card. More then likely if you have a $20 gift card and you put $20 in you can "verify the fund" because you don't have anything on the card. And the card are un-reloadable. So you cant fix it. Is there anyway to get un-held without verifying?
