Apparently, Steam is using this new "delivery girl with cat cap" when there is a "sale season". But I still haven't found her name. I liked the character, gives some kind of "cool vibes".
I already spent some points adquiring some produts, but I wonder if she got a name in somewhere and I haven't found yet.

Wow, I didn't expected the artist itself would answer my topic (and answer right after my post).
Congrats for making a character appearing in such a large steam event.
I think she's a great character that somehow fits "steam" (especially the scenery).
Anyway Thank you for the answer.
(Unfortunely, I probably won't have enough ponts to buy all her "profile" but I'll adquire some when I have the opportunity to).

If last year and this year is anything to go by, it seems to be each year Steam has a theme which reoccurs during the major sales. Last year it was the pixel city, this year it's the delivery girl, presumably it'll be something different next year.

If I can weigh in on this. Considering folks just keep calling her steam delivery girl I'm thinking she deserves a proper name. My recommendation would be Hiroko sence it mean generous and steam seasonal sales are certainly generous.
