NO GERMAN DISCOUNT FOR L4D/L4D2

On Steam Summer Sale over the past years L4D and L4D2 have had a price of 1€.
But this year in Germany (I think its only Germany) the price remains at 10€. Everywhere else there is a discount. Why is there no discount in Germany? I´d like to play L4D to and not have to pay 9€ more cause of a bug.

I can only agree with Bejama, I saw yesterday that there was a sale for the VALVE pack but it has occured to me that in the pack the games L4D and L4D2 have no discounts but after I had activated a VPN for North America it suddenly had a discount unlike in Germany, I realy hope that it's a bug and not intentional because I live in Germany and want to play with my friends

If I am not logged in and use VPN to somewhere else in Europe it has a discount but if I if I am logged in it doesn´t.

Correction: it shows : 25% .

The L4D Bundle does have a discount of 25% though the L4D games in the VALVE pack don't in Germany, does any other country have also the same issue?

Germany has age verification regulations for accessing NSFW content which exceeds China's complete lack thereof, and Valve doesn't consider Germany a big enough consumer market for "Most Favored Nation" pricing status.

Bejama is telling the truth. I just wanted to play some classic source games with my friendd because last year I bought the valve complete pack for 6 Euro and this year he wanted to buy it for the same price, but sadly the company policy of valve is getting worst since i bought it, so now he has to purchase l4d and l4d2 for full price.First cs2 then tf2 and now they hate on my country. Sad times we live in.
