It's on Valve's end, not your fault.

Yeah it is also affecting every single DLC box on every single game that i have. If the game has DLC for sale, most do, then a box filled with that error text is there. This will affect summer sales if more than myself are affected by this.

Getting this too, was thinking it was something on my end

I’m literally getting this loading error for half the store AND the link to buy the Steam Deck on sale. Hope this issue is fixed very soon.

Same thing here!

I’m pretty sure me getting these errors is associated with software (and in some cases, hardware) that is not the newest of the new-I don’t know if this is an oversight or if Steam doesn’t want to support anything but the most recent versions of OS’s.

Why do I think this? The only device I’m able to load the Steam Deck sale page on without errors is an iPad that isn’t even mine and is around a month old.

It’s worth noting that I’m only accessing the Steam Store with Apple products currently, though.

I have this error message twice on this page while I'm writing this, and I see it in the store, and in the summer event; both in the app and in the browser, on an older iOS. Newer devices seem fine.

And in the same week, Steam is telling everyone to start using their mobile app for 2FA... Bad timing? :steamdeadpan:

I've been getting them constantly this past week on desktop, but no issue on mobile.

Same thing.

This error is even displayed in the Steam client! But if I log in from a browser, then everything works fine. ?????

I got rid of this error.

But it took a whole new install of steam. Then i also had to install the games i was playing again. A major PITA. This took more than an hour of loading games from backups and then steam updates to the games. PITA

ok

Same error here. If the fix is to uninstall steam then I guess I'm living with the error because I've already done this once and it caused me issues to this day. Please, let me know if there is something I could do on my end in the meantime.

Thank you.
