As an avid enjoyer of open world survivals, nothing comes to mind. There is Yakuza: Dead Souls. But that isn't really open world, nor is it anime/cutesee aesthetics wise.

That is not the same thing and by everyone's response it seems there is no games that exist that I am seeking I maybe better off with something realistic like second-life virtual world that is the only one that exists that is similar the only difference is... it's in the form of roleplay and it has real people using toons.

Why? It doesn't matter where it takes place, all first-world locations are relatively similar. Japan doesn't have widespread ye-olde Japanese buildings all over their cities. The only way you can tell the difference is the language on the signs.

Nudity doesn't make something porn.

I could be wrong, But I think the Chanbara games are known more for being smut, and they aren't full porn considering they're on the playstation consoles. Cause Sony doesn't allow porn on their console afaik.
