My steam Account got hack, but i saw nothing!
Today, I received numerous emails from Steam regarding confirmation of purchases and sales. Initially, I assumed it might be related to an old list, so I disregarded them. However, after an hour, upon checking my Steam account, I discovered that all my credits were depleted.

I have implemented two-factor authentication, Steam Mobile Guard, and regularly change my password. Despite these measures, I found that all my tradable items were sold for a minimal price of 0.02 EU each, ranging from Steam cards to Dota 2 items. Strangely, there was no evidence of theft; instead, they purchased worthless gems in Dota 2 at the highest selling price, cluttering my inventory with them.

My primary concern isn't the loss of items, but rather, how they gained access to my items, sold them, and made purchases without my knowledge. There were no notifications or confirmations through Steam Mobile Guard. I distinctly recall that when I attempted to sell items previously, I was required to confirm the action through my phone. However, suddenly, without warning, all my items were gone

your account is compromised
DO NOT TRADE
If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.

you are responsible for the security of your account and what is on the computer it uses. all 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK

steam used to do restorations of stolen items, but people abused it so they stopped.
Do not give your steam credentials away or sign in to any other site other then valve's! (steam) or this will happen. With two factor enabled there is no way for anyone as of now to get your account in which they would need the actual phone to get access to it.

They were able to gain access to your account because you gave it to them. Did you enter your steam account information in some random website? If you did then you gave away your steam account to some stranger. Did a website ask you to generate an "API Key" then give it to a website? That also allows them to have full control over your steam account. If you did that you gave them full access to your account too.

All of the security measures in the world (including 2FA) won't do jack squat to secure your account if you give away your login credentials to someone else. Don't do that.
