Why am i getting error e87?

I keep trying to get a game, but keeps saying code e87?

My gf is having the same problem since yesterday. We changed the password 4 times and the problem persists.

Also I can´t find a way to contact with steam support, any help would be apprecieated.

Well i sent a ticket, and, to view/make a ticket, press help on the top left, click steam support.

Please, could you tell me which route did you follow to open the ticket?

If I press "Help, I can´t sign in" it only gives me 4 options and none of them seem to include this error.

Since it's related to client side, click steam client, steam crashes, click steam support., Explain it there. Make sure to say the error code, as well.
