How do I add my game to the store if it is a Mod?
Title? If anyone knows how I would be grateful!

The same way you add it as a game but labeled a MOD tied to a game.

Which game are you referring to?

Depending on the game it might be impossible, especially if your looking to be paid for it as you don't own the game, or the assets and most games have rules about the commercialization of mods.

So its really going to be dependent on the game, the rules about modding for that specific game, etc

No I don't want to get paid for it, I just want to add it as "sharing" to the steam store. It is a mod for Generals Zero Hour.

Yeah, that's not a thing with that game. At least not on the Steam store.

You can make a mod and put it on moddb.

You don't put mods on the store, you put them in the Workshop.

If that game doesn't have Workshop functionality, then you'll have to find another site, like (as above) moddb or Nexus.

Many mods are on Steam.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/365300/Transmissions_Element_120/

There's even a landing page for it:
