"Launch game with custom arguments" Help!

Launching Fallout 4 starts with a message reading "Fallout 4 is attempting to launch with optional parameters shown below: -len"

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? I'm running the game without mods.

I can't find anything about it.
but you should be able to remove the optional parameters if any...

 Right Click on the game in Steams Library.
 Select Properties...
 Highlight and remove the any Parameters.
 Close the window.
 Start Fallout 4.

I had this happen and it turned out that all I had to do was go to the game folder in steam and uncheck run as admin, then it worked. hope this helps

I might just be an idiot but can you be more specific about how to do this? Steam does this whenever I play BG3 and it's driving me nuts because I'm launching through the mod manager lol

Doesn't fix my issue though. I'm trying to prevent it from happening when a shortcut contains launch options instead of adding them through steam. No luck so far though.
