I refunded a game, Kinito Pet, and this was the first time i've refunded a game on steam. Do i need to wait a few days to get my money back? or do i talk to someone about it?

Depends on so many factors, better to just read the refunds faq, click on help at the top of the screen. Best case, 24 hours, worst case 4-6 business weeks

It depends. If Steam support are overwhelmed with tickets, it might take longer to get back to you. It also depends your method of payment. Wallet refunds are nearly instant but if you pay by card, it will take a few days to process your refund. Banks usually do not process reufnds on Sunday, so you will not see your refund today if you paid by card. Right now, just wait three or four days.

Refunding to Steam wallet, for me it gets approved within 4 hours and funds returned within 24 - 36 hours after approval. I doubt there's any humans going through these manually.
