Windows 11 is trash

I see so many people complaining on forums how this or that retro game doesn't work on Windows 11, while those same games run perfectly on Windows 10. Every single retro game I have works with Windows 10, so why should I bother upgrading to that garbage Faildows 11? I will stay on Windows 10 until it gets supported.

So, I'm on XP right next to my main PC. Well, XP 64 bit. How does one open multiple task manager windows, without a 3rd party source? Not able to do it by default.

You needed a trick, yes. I never said anything of it working by standard-settings.

But this is just one of many features, which XP had over Windows7/8/10 or 11.

Now i don´t care any longer. Death is coming. No matter what you do or i do now.

Nobody can escape Giant 2025 IT-Crash now. It´s coming sooner than i calculated it seems haha.

Tibber will soon fail. PD-devices will fail. E-cars will fail. Heatpumps are allready beginning to fail...And een Smartwatches are affectd and even Nintendo switch´s first NSO-games now as well, yeah. It´s happening. 395 days left!

You can't claim it's a feature of the operating system if it requires 3rd party software or "Some special trick" to make it work. That's not a feature of the operating system. That's you using some other software to make it work. That's exactly like the other person commented earlier: Windows XP can not open multiple copies of task manager. You made that up.

I'm super curious too about what this other person was speaking of. It's actually so very rare to find anything that doesn't work with Windows 11 that I would like to know what software they referred to so I can get a copy myself and see if I can figure out how to get it working in Windows 11.

LMFAO ... I remember when Vista came out and couldn't play my XP games unless you turned on XP mode or some crap like that. Some of them still didn't run regardless. I'm not exactly a computer wiz ... I'm sure that didn't help.

There are people who are going to complain regardless of how good or bad something is. If they didn't have that they would be empty husks. Windows 7, Windows 11, selling their right arm and left nut or ovary depending on your sex, etc. Their day isn't complete without boo-hooing to the masses.

This is one of the reasons social media and forums are so satisfying to them. Even better if they can rent space in the heads of others.

I haven't had the opportunity to game on a Windows 11 PC or laptop yet so I'm going to keep my views to myself until I have an opinion to share. It won't likely be a complaint though.

395 days left. And counting. And i am predicting each day something new now about it. Hahaha. My IQ is growing faster than ever before.You can call me "The Ultimate processor" now.

I used 5 phases in ~2020 to describe the coming crash of the IT as we know it.

Phase 1 was a few years ago allready (first telephone and landline and Modem-issues). We are entering phase 4 right now. Phase 4 marks "More and more people are beginning to notice that something with their computers/machines isn´t working like it should". Pretty much. Phase 4 marks also the point where it´s having first consequences for other people...

phase 5 is expected in spring ~2025. Or precisely in 395 days now.

One thing is for sure now:

I think the government and even military knew about this 5 years ago. Not many people will survive such a situation.

And now guys. Don´t mine. If i were you i would you use your time wisely as some guy of mine once (many years ago) told me "Allways use your life as if this is your last day on earth".

And that´s what i´m doing now. Counting last days until it will begin.

That's great. So: When are you going to tell us how you opened multiple copies of Task Manager in Windows XP? You claimed that was true so prove it to us. Or just ignore our comments and don't prove it if you want us to assume you lied about that.

Windows 11 in my opinion is decent, I wasn't a fan of Windows 10 for obvious reasons.

I use Windows 11 since day 1 without any problems, everything runs just fine. I had to debloat it but there are free and easy to use tools for that.

ya, its runs decent, i also had to remove a ton of stuff, like edge and its components, plus everything else, that microsoft tried making not removable.

My Windows 11 is great, yes, I had teething trouble, soon got it sorted.

I built a new PC from scratch with Win11 getting put on as a clean install, it took a couple of days troubleshooting now it is working perfectly..

I have yet to see a game that doesn't work on windows 11 op. But I have seen plenty of games that don't work on older systems due to the launchers not supporting them .
