Multiple Accounts on One PC
How many different Steam accounts can be added to one computer? Is there any limit or restriction on this? For example, the one can have different 10 accounts on his computer?

No limit, because they don't need to be saved. You can just login with whatever every time.

But, Steam does seem to be a bit bugged on this front. Especially notifications will get messed up, seems to listen to a different account you were logged in with before. Might just be in browser and the client is fine, not sure.

You can have 10 accounts, why though? If this PC is shared by 10 people, you need 10 different (system) accounts either way. If it isn't, what's the point of spreading your games across 10 accounts?
