Gamers Union
Is it time for a Gamer's Union?

I am already seeing the gaming community getting organized.

Look how fast they can destroy a game in reviews when they cross the line.

Such a union could even have lawyers working to represent gamers and deal with all the scams.

Thoughts?

I do expect all the Steam Fan boi lawyers to be against it....of course.

Really?

You don't believe gamers should have organized representation? Why am I not surprised?
I'm guessing this thought is in hopes said "Union" would sway in your favor on the context of games vs keys/licenses as products?

"I didn't get the echo chamber of yes-men I wanted, union anyone?"

Scams such as...?

That's called a strawman.

There are already class action lawsuits and gamers working together to make a point. Call it what you want but its only fair to gamers who are always left with the short end of the stick.

Hmmmm. I LIKE that idea.

I am sure we can make our own web page and have our own forums. Build a community of gamers working together. Its already happening.

You mean the Wolfire one that is on the verge of being thrown out because they keep trying to delay it?

Or the one advertised in Facebook that got exposed as an "investment opportunity" because they expected Valve just to settle out of court?

Those lawsuits?

There's dozens of such communities already.
