wrong, thats for home edition, not for pro and up.
that being said, you can even block their telemetry sites through your router, or pihole on any edition, or group policy settings, or registry in pro and up, which disables them completely.
Home doesn't allow that.
Really, even using gpo on home ?
ya, home edition, is limited to only setting telemetry to "minimal", even in group policy settings (which can be enabled in win 11 home).
but you can block it completely with blocking their telemetry servers through a router, or pihole.
While the option may show it's disabled(I've done so on my Windows 10 laptop with downloading updates) it will not actually change it.
Good to know because i allways thought you could use gpo even in home to disabled them using a tool like https://github.com/Fleex255/PolicyPlus or poledit.

oh, ya if your using third party software, that is a bit different and may likely work, but i havent used any of them so i cant speculate if they do or dont work.
but, no problem, always willing to help.
wrong again, i run win 11 pro and mine is fully disabled.
you might want to read up on all this, as you seem to be misinformed.
also as mentioned, you can block telemetry using router settings and/or pihole on any OS.
that all being said, not trying to argue here, just trying to inform you of what can or cant be done.
That screen shot is taken right from a Windows 11 Pro install, and it the highlighted portion makes it extremely clear that the setting do not apply to the pro version.
sorry but im not wrong, you are, do your research.
and like i said, you can also use router settings or pihole to block all microsoft telemetry servers.
anywho, we are done here, bye and have a nice day/night

And it proves you are wrong.
