steam family sharing

it seems they reverted the update to family sharing from being able to play 2 games as long as its not the same game to now it being the whole library being used as before anyone know why?

The family share update hasn't gone live yet afaik, so did you opt out of the beta?

Steam Families and Steam Family Sharing are two different things. Steam Families is currently in beta and will eventually replace Steam Family Sharing. If you want to make use of Steam Families, you need to use Steam Client Beta.

i dont know i could play normaly one of my friends game when he played terraria but then today it just didnt work
