You have to comply with the TOS in order to use community features.
Oh i see. Well i get that, but what does that have to do with posting an issue or having to communicate with the modder?
In fact the modder has his own hub to report issues, yet, can't post there either
Again, understandable, but if the Developer is continually saying they have nothing to do with mods or the workshop, then i would think they have nothing to do with it.
Apparently, they have everything to do with it.
Understood. Not a problem.
Can I vote on Steam Workshop content in the game I have been VAC banned from?
No. VAC bans prevent voting within the game where the VAC ban occurred. VAC bans on an account also prevent voting in Free to Play games and their communities.

Why?... because people were using their VAC banned accounts to rage and downvote everything.
The developer has nothing to do with it. They didn't lie, not knowing isn't lying.
It's part of the punishment that goes with the ban.
Posting is a privilege, ban = privilege is taken away.
Right, i mean, if you're gonna hear, every day, of every other post, that "it's your mods stupid', that makes sense.
But then the questions is, why do you allow modding, if every problem is due to these mods, even having a Workshop, having the very mods you tell us are breaking the game?
"We have nothing to do with mods, or the Worskhop. For that, you need to speak to the Modder".
Great, but you banned me from speaking to him, on a Workshop you just told me there is no affiliation LOL.
Anyhow, your answer the most reasonable one, and i marked it. Thank you.
You being banned has nothing to do with the mods. So if you get banned and it causes issues then the simple solution is to follow the rules so you don't get banned.
They don't have a clue at all what they're doing. And i'm being charitable in believing that. I'll leave it there.
You are CORRECTLY banned yet again from ATS2 forums
This DOES NOT impact your ability to use the Workshop
This DOES impact the DISCUSSION and COMMENTS section in the Workshop
