Of course this could be true for both Quest 3 and PSVR2, as well. But I don't have a Quest 3 (far to expensive as I already have Quest 2 from before the price hike) to compare, and PSVR2 won't be comparable until August.
Ultimately though, the choice should also take into account how much you think you'll stick with VR. If you've never tried it before and think that VR sickness might be an issue, a cheap Quest 2 would be your best bet -- you don't want to throw away too much money on something you might find you cannot use.
If that's second hand, make sure it's not a business headset.
