Why is there no warning on gorilla tag with the pride update as kids play this game!

I have seen many complaints on social media that gorilla tag which is played by many young kids are being exposed to politics and ideology with the latest Pride update. You have games on steam rated for adults so why have you allowed Gorilla Tag developers to push an update to a kids game which should be for adults only! Its very concerning and can even be classed as influencing minors with ideology which should be adults only! This is a game played by kids so you need to do something about it!

So I don't own the game, no intention to either as I am not a fan of VR. What exactly is so horrible that is taking place now in the game? From the way the update post reads, it's rainbow themed hats and capes and stuff.

edit: nvm, watched some YT videos.... Water balloons, new bouncey house things, new obstacle courses, some critter has a rainbow mohawk, new mic/stage, some kind of friendship bracelet party thing, some blue crystals that tap purple, rainbow keyed electric keyboard.

The best way to defend against these types of things is to control the access to them. They are underage ... the content they are accessing should only be allowed under parental guidance.

This is a parent issue ... not a game issue.

The children on that game are usually the ones spewing all sorts of racial slurs and other expletives in that game anyhow. There’s deeper rooted (lack of) parenting issues in Gorilla Tag that needs addressing before considering anything that the game pushes. It’s basically VRChat in a public lobby but in jungle gym form. I’ve had firsthand experience

Why are so many kids playing gorilla tag? The devs know this but for some reason they still think its ok to add an update about sexual orientation. Last time I checked the ghame does NOT specify its for ADULTS onmly like some other games? So your point is invalid. Are you saying its okay for kids to be exposed to sexual agenda in a game which isnt classified as an Adult game. Man you must be sick, also its just not STEAM its META too, You think your smart but your a sicko if you think thats ok!

Where does it say gorilla tag is for 18 and over? Thats my whole point .It DOES NOT specify its adults only, never did until they dropped this update and they havent reclassified it since? Are you a parent or just commenting based on no experience of raising children? The game is NOT classified as an 18 that is the point Im making!

Your problem is, that this update didn't add anything that should be considered as "adult".
I've watched several different update rundowns on youtube, and all it adds is bug with rainbow mohawk, bat with rainbow cape, rainbow wallpaper and other miniscule things.
If kid doesn't have a context to it, all they will see is rainbow.

Non of above constitutes decision of reclassifing game as an adult game.


13 and under is not allowed to have it's own account here.
If parents are not interested in what their kids are doing in internet, then it's failed parenting. If parents are allowing them to have uncontrolled Steam account despite knowing that they shouldn't have it - same as above.

But that all presumes that you came here arguing in good faith and trying to find solution to your problem.
