Exoprimal would have fit the bill, but for some reason it was not included in the sale, seemingly. Not that Valve can force developers and publishers to participate; it is on their accord.

I mean outside of Transformers (Namely the Dinobots) and maybe Godzilla VS Mechagodzilla...I actually can't name any other series, show or game that realistically puts dinos against machines.
