Looking to trade for a specific steam background

For the longest time, I have been trying to figure out how I can get this specific steam background: https://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/753/263280-Spintires%20Background%20%236

If anyone has it, or knows how I can search for people who currently own the background please let me know! I don't know why the background is no longer marketable, but it is still able to be traded. Thanks for the help.

Spintires has been removed from Steam so it isn't allowed market items. If you own the game then just grab the backgrounds from the points shop https://store.steampowered.com/points/shop/c/backgrounds

ahh okay, so I could buy the game key from a third party site, and then be able to purchase the background in the points shop?
