Excited for this one, it was a fun game on switch and this looks to be adding a LOT.

Nope, emulation and piracy are two different things. Steam even has emulators on the store. Also just saying the word piracy is not against the rules

There are literally active threads in the Deck forums asking about getting emulators to run. Steam literally has an emulator(RetroArch) on its store.

Talking about emulation in of itself will not result in a ban.

I didn't like the Xenosaga. I got it thinking it would be like Xenogears, but it lacked the same combat system. I loved the "push buttons for attacks" idea, in it. There was a fantasy game with a similar combat too, I think it was Legend of Legaia. Sadly, they only two I recall having it.

I had Legend of Legaia as well. Man I really miss those old PS1/2 RPGs. Wish I had never given all of them up. I really kicked ass in the slot style mini-game for that. Fishing was cool as well.

As far as liking or not liking Xenosaga to each their own. I loved it personally ... especially the story. Now that I think about it there aren't too many of those older RPGs I didn't like. None at all in fact.

I'd open my wallet wide if Sony broke down and put all those older games here from the PS1/PS2 era.

I wish they'd announce a Xenosaga trilogy release....

While I agree I won't be holding my breath. The worst part of gaming is who owns the rights to the games and if they are *willing* to remaster or remake them.

Ah, if I were only rich I'd be putting tons of money into trying to get certain games back on the market ... even if it were jus me playing it.

I liked the sci-fi narrative, but it wasn't my favorite. Would be awesome if they ported the other Shin Megami Tensei games, this one will give us 2 of them now

Hopefully we will eventually see all the Persona and SMT games here. I'd love it if that happened.
