Download 1 of 1 items complete after game launch (bug?)
Since a few weeks i experience a strange bug within the Steam client. After launching some games like Cyberpunk 2077 or ETS2 on the bottom of the client window it says 'Downloads - 1 of 1 Items Complete'. All my installed games are up to date and don't need an update.

There is no file size or anything with it. Why is this happening and does anybody else have this bug?

I thought I was the only one with this false update problem, this has been happening for a week only a few games in my library are like this
