I refunded a game on the same day of purchase without having played more than 1 hour but they did not process my request correctly
The problem is that I bought FIFA 23 and after a game I asked for a refund, I had a playing time of 40 minutes, Steam notified me that they were processing my request, the thing is that they never answered me or processed the refund, like 2 months Then I processed a refund again to check if it was a casual error and they could return my money, again they notified me that they would process my refund but this time with a negative response that my deadline to refund had expired, when the first refund I did it the same day of purchase, I can't contact real Steam support to process a mistake that they themselves made, what can I do? They should have refunded my money because it met all the conditions but now because of Steam support I can't.

Speak with different representative, with a solid proof. You obviously spoke with a bot on prior refund denial.

If you submitted a refund request and your original request was closed with no response that means your account is compromised.

When you submit a ticket they don't immediately issue a refund so it sounds like you misread their response. What was their ACTUAL response to the first ticket, post the ACTUAL response, not what you are claiming it says

How did you pay for the game originally.
If it was bank related the money does not leave your bank account in the first 24 hours so there was nothing to refund.
So knowing how you paid is important
Why did you wait 2 months...that seems a bit weird

Note that if you request a refund on the same day, basically 'nothing' happens. The original payment didn't actually get finalized. So basically what happens is that the original pending payment simply falls off and you never actually get charged at all

You should look at your bank statement and ensure that you got charged at all. Its very likely that the credit/debit never actually hit yuour account because it was not necessary.
