Postal 4 No Regerts Taken off Steam

Why has this game been taken off the steam store? I had it on my wishlist and it was made a few years ago, its not that old, and suddenly it says its not avail for purchase? Why has it been removed? Didn't the developers want it there?

It now says its unavail in my region? It was avail last few weeks?

Short of blocking video hosting sites there is no way to control that unlike direct sales in a region where it can be blocked much easier.
