Ask the game devs/pubs if they are going to have a discount and if it is going to be more or the same.
Only Capcom knows when Capcom wants to put their games on sale and at what discount.
You'd have to ask them, its going to depend on many factors such as sales. Even if it is discounted don't expect more then 20-40% which its already on sale at some places
They can still opt into major Steam sales events, if they wish to.
The problem is, it varies from sale to sale.
End of the day, all you can do is hope, wait and see. You'll only know for sure what will happen after it's happened, IE after the sale ends.
I wouldn't count on many recent releases being in the sale though.
