Do not know how to link Steam with EA play

I do not know how to link steam with my EA play account. Steam store only has options on joining EA play, but I am already paying for it. Google says I should launch an EA play game from Steam but I don't want to pay 30 dollars just to launch a game I have already paid for.

If you bought EAplay on another platform you can't transfer it to steam.
