Please fix the video upload option

I am trying to get the Community leader badge upgraded/crafted but cannot since the Link YouTube account page returns with

"This page isn’t working
steamcommunity.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

I have tried several browsers and 2 different YouTube accounts to see if it works but it doesn't.

It only occurs when pressing the green "Continue with this account" button - https://i.imgur.com/XVV0LXe.png

The current trick right now is to use a real browser AND try it at exactly 12AM Pacific Time. Any other time will result in an HTTP 500 ERROR or a blank page. The window is only open for a few minutes each day.

In another 6 hours 11 minutes from right now.
