STEAM ACCOUNT TEMPORARY SUSPENDED??? HELP

Hello guys,
One of my best friend's accounts has temporarily suspended for no reason, and his account is changed like a private account and right next to his nickname, it says (Temporary Suspended).
My friend told me that he ain't do nothing, just innocently playing the game all days like a no-life, but yeah somehow he screwed up his account. So, I searched whats the temporary suspended account and why it happens. The steam help thinge said, any sort of hacking, spamming, payment fraud and etc... could suspend the account. But He never did these kinds of crime stuff.
Without any information of the action of the suspension, not even inform why it happens with proper reason and evidence.....
So ye, help steam people why this happens and how can we fix it?

100% scam. Block report and ignore them.
There is no such thing as a temp ban anything really
They also have a compromised account. You should search main discussion area on how to secure that account

ok, we considered that this could be the hacked by hacker, so we tried to change the password and the email thing also the verification things, all of that. But he cant even log in his account.

That suggests that whoever was messing with the account still has access to it.

How was the message received? If it was in chat then it's a scam. If it was directly from the client or community messages then it was actually valve.

Seems like a hijacking thing. He can't login to his account so he probably didn't have 2 factor or mobile auth installed. It sucks but you've gotta be careful about this kind of thing.

Well, firstly, my friend is not native English speaker so He doesn't even know English at all, so he gotta use the translator. He thought that hijacking mf was some kinda employee of the Steam or sum, so yh he got scammed. He did provide all the requirments that hijckin mf need

This only helps when the user doesn't just hand over their information, which happens in 100 percent of these cases. No accounts are hacked. ever. They are phished.
