Remote Play Uses High Upload
Before the latest update to the remote play everything was fine. My friend limits bandwith to 3 or 5mbit and we were playing it without a problem. Today i tried to play with my friend but we couldn't even try. I was having lag and i checked the usage of internet and saw that it reaches to 15 mbit upload per second. I have only 8 Mbits of upload and it exceeds the limit that i have. Tried the "Quality: Fast" and it is 15 mbits of upload. When i try to make it "Quality: Beautiful" it goes upto 50 mbits of upload usage. How can i limit my upload bandwith to 3 or 5 mbits?

Your provider does that, you can not change that from your side.

What do you mean? My upload speed is 8 mbit already. Before the latest update i could stream to 2 person who limits their speed to 3 mbits in client settings. Please read the topic properly.

Your connection has max rate of 8mbit up?
And you have a data limit?

No and if i check the usage it shows 15 mbits of upload per second even though my friend limited his bandwith to 3 mbits in client settings of remote play. That causes me at least %20 loss and high ping which makes it unplayable.
Your friend can limit the remote speed,
can you do that too?

No. You can check it out on steam > settings > remote play and there are host options and client options.
Ok, then i suggest you contact support.

Client can't change the quality anymore i guess. Because i saw that i could change to fast, balanced, beautiful. All he did was limiting his bandwidth to 3 Mbits and resolution to 1280x720. I tried to change my resouliton to 1280x720 as well but result is still same. Remote play uses more than 2 times of my upload speed. And because i have only 8 mbits of upload, it is freezing on the client side and i am having over 200 ping and about %20 loss.
