What would be a good game? Need recommendations

Hello, I don't know if this is the right board for this, but I'll just post here.
I'm looking for games where I can be a "kemonomimi", a human character with animal features. I already have a tiny bit of games where I can do this, moddable games in particular, but I just wanted a life-sim esque game where I am a kemonomimi. Thank you.

Check out Rimworld, it has workshop for mods, and you can customize your pawns with cat and dog ears, if you don't mind the 2D aspect of the game.

There are mods that improve the overall texture to make your characters look less Chess Piece alike.

Sorry for the late reply. Took a look at Rimworld, and I honestly was turned off by the price. I'm also not really that interested in colony sims, to be honest.
